The Symphony Honolulu is a new development planned by San Diego based developer Oliver McMillan. The project features a 45 story glass high-rise tower with 388 luxury condos available in 1, 2 and 3 bedroom configurations.


The location is a prime lot on the corner of Kapiolani Blvd. and Ward Avenue. It’s directly across Ward Avenue from the Neil Blaisdell Center, entertainment, and farmers market. Much of the ground floor and first 3 levels will be occupied by JN Automotive’s Velocity auto dealership that features exotic cars. There’s a large auto showroom, service facilities, offices, restaurants and retail (80,000 s.f. total). The tower is designed as a green building that follows some LEED criteria. The 7th floor grand terrace lounge has amenities for residents. Inside, there’s a state of the art fitness center with restrooms and sauna. Also, two movie theaters, two guest suites for overnight stays, yoga room, and party room with kitchen. Outside is an infinity pool, Jacuzzi Spa, barbecue cabanas, and lounging areas with daybeds. Other common area features include surfboard storage and owner’s storage.
