公園の両端には2つのヨットハーバーがあり、ワイキキ側には大きなアラワイ・ヨットハーバーがあります。アラワイ・ヨットハーバーには、2つのヨットクラブがあり、数多く係留されているボートのなかには、遠い外国からのものも見受けられます。コンドミニアムはショッピングモール近くに建てられており、緑豊かな公園を目下に夕日を眺めたり、ヨットハーバーを一望することができます。

At the center of Ala Moana neighborhood sits world famous Ala Moana Shopping Center, largest open air shopping mall in the US. The center features about 300 shops including world class boutiques along with over 60 restaurants, cafes and eating options.

Across the boulevard is Ala Moana Beach Park, a large playground for the active lifestyle. A fabulous beach with calm waters and a protective outer reef ideal for swimming and paddle boarding. The park has many jogging paths, tennis courts, picnic areas and beautiful sunsets. Ala Moana also hosts the annual Honolulu Marathon start. Magic Island, the tip of Ala Moana Beach Park closest to Waikiki, is truly a special place to enjoy sunsets, surf or just enjoy the fresh clean air and the mesmerizing ocean views.

At both ends of the park is home to two yacht harbors, one closer to Waikiki is the bigger Ala Wai Yacht Harbor, home to a couple of yacht clubs sheltering many boats, some visiting from around the world. Condominiums are situated centrally around the shopping mall with sunset views overlooking the green park or views over the yacht harbor.

Popular examples of condos are the convenient Yacht Harbor Towers with spacious floor plans and ocean views. Centrally located, the Allure and the Watermark are great properties.
